A special meeting of the Mobridge-Pollock School District Board of Education was held Monday, February 23, 2009 in the high school boardroom.  Present were: Virgil Binfet, Harry Kindt, Kelly McCollam, Gilbert Mickelson, Terry Kraft and Yvonne Dollinger.  Absent, Jason Dienert

President Kindt called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.

Dean Marske, HKG Architects, Jack Hollingsworth, JDH Construction and Larry Mettler, Mettler Sichmeller Engineering, gave an update to the board on the status of the school building project and discussed the timeline for completion of the construction project.

Motion by Binfet, seconded by McCollam, to adjourn the meeting at 4:05 p.m.  All voted aye.
