a.     Out of State Travel – Chapmanville Middle School boys basketball team – to participate in games December 25, 2025 – January 2, 2026 – in Daytona, FL -transportation by charter bus – chaperones are listed in the request - Funding provided by business partner Diamond Flagging (previously approved per the authority of Superintendent Blatt)

 

b.     Service Agreement – Elevate Learning & Behavior. LLC – to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In-Person daily rate $1000.00, Non-In-Person $115.00 per hour – Virtual Consultation Services $115.00 per hour - Funding Sources - Special Ed., Title IV, and County Funds

 

c.     Repeal and Replace Policy 5136 Personal Electronic Devices (to correct a technical error)

 

d.     Approve – The renaming of the Man High School baseball facility from William “Tootie” Carter Athletic Field to Mullins Park
